During the first semester of my freshman year, I helped the Girls Who Code club create the official Sprayberry craft show website!

On October 7th Marti Maggi Came to our school to talk about Spectroscopy! I learned that Spectroscopy was the study of light and that we could use it to determine and advance studies in space.

On march 5th , 2022, I participated in the down draft competition with our schools drone team. We won 2nd place!

On February 3rd,2022 we had Kathleen Swank and Natalia Bernal talk about civil engineering. I learned that civil engineering is more important than I thought. Civil engineering is way more than building roads and designing cities. It also cleans our waters and helps protect the environment we live in.

On September 22nd, 2022, I was selected to be a runner-up for Georgia Tech's your voice is power competition. Georgia Tech worked with Amazon and YELLOW to help create a competition that helps students become exposed to computer science, music technology, and social justice. You were judged on your ability to remix a song using Python or Javascript and the message that your remixed song conveyed.

On March 18th, 2023, I participated in the down draft drone competition , with my fellow classmates. Although we did not win anything this time, it was a insightful experience where i learned about teamwork and other aspects of coding.

On February 16th,2023, I received the affiliate winner award for aspirations in computing based off my participation in activates that reflect on what I want to do in the STEM workforce.

From July 10th to July 21st, 2023 I participated in Girls Who Code's summer immersion program. They taught me how to design, and code games using p5.js, which is a version of JavaScript that is commonly used for creative coding.

During the week of June 5-9, 2023, I participated in Kennesaw State University's Gencyber program. The GenCyber program is a national program that teaches younger students about the many branches of cybersecurity. In total, I did 30 hours of work online and 30 hours of work on campus.

On April 6th, I won. I received the affiliate winner award for aspirations in computing based off my participation in activates that reflect on what I want to do in the STEM workforce.

On April 11th, 2024, I attended Steven Smith's lecture about NASA's newest projects and space. This lecture was really informing and helped me learn more information for the Plant The Moon project.
